We’ve got you covered! Here are answers to common questions about your DACCI experience.
⭕ Account
1. How do I register?
Sign up with your email for easy access. Your password should be at least 6 characters long. Click here to create your DACCI profile.


2. I didn’t receive my activation email.
Check your spam folder first! If it’s not there, log in and click “Resend Activation Email.” Still no luck? Email us at support@dacci.com.


3. I can’t log in to my account.
Double-check your email and password. Ensure your browser accepts cookies. If the issue persists, wait 15 minutes and try again. Still locked out? Contact us at support@dacci.com.


4. I forgot my password.
No worries! Click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page, and we’ll email you instructions to reset it.


5. How do I change my password?
Log in, find the “Change Password” option in your account settings, and update it.


6. What’s the difference between a billing and shipping address?

 - Billing Address: Matches the one linked to your credit/debit card.
 - Shipping Address: Where we send your order!

⭕ Member Center
1. How do I use my coupons?
At checkout, enter your promo code and hit “APPLY.” Coupons expire, so check the validity in your account!


2. How do I earn more points?
Earn Points by confirming your email, leaving reviews, uploading images, making purchases, and joining special promotions.


3. How do I redeem my points?
Sign in, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. At the “Place Your Order” stage, you’ll see how many points you can use.

1. Can I order by phone?
You can shop easily on your phone by visiting www.dacci.store


2. How do I choose the right size?
Check out our Size Guide on the product page for a perfect fit!


3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Email us at support@dacci.com ASAP with your request.


⭕ Order Status
Once your payment is received, here’s what happens:

  1.  Items are allocated to your order.
  2.  Quality check in progress.
  3.  Packed & shipping labels prepared.
  4.  Shipped out!

Order Status Definitions:

 - Paid: We’ve received your payment and are processing your order.
 - Processing: It usually takes 3-10 business days to process your order.
 - Shipped Out: Your order is on the way! Track it in your account.
 - Cancelled: Your unpaid order has been cancelled. Feel free to reorder.
 - Refunded: Your order has been refunded. Processing times depend on your payment provider (3-7 business days for PayPal, 7-25 for credit cards).

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We support Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Discover, PayPal, and more.


2. What currencies can I use?
Different payment methods support different currencies at checkout. Your total will be displayed in your selected currency.


⭕ Shipping
1. Do you ship to my country?
Check our Shipping Info page for available destinations.


2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location, shipping method, and package weight. Log in, add items to your cart, and check the automatic shipping fee calculation.


3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over $49,99.


4. How long does delivery take?
Expect your order within 10-14 business days.


5. What is shipping insurance?
Insurance covers accidental damage or lost items during transit. If you purchased insurance and experience an issue, file a claim with the carrier and provide us with the claim number for a replacement.


⭕ Returns & Exchanges

Returnable Items:

 - Must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
 - Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items:

 - Gift cards, jewelry, underwear, and bodysuits.

🚚 Return Process:

 - Use a traceable carrier and keep the tracking number.
 - We do not accept COD deliveries or returns without the original packing slip.

⭕ Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

 - PayPal refunds: 3-7 business days.
 - Credit card refunds: 7-25 business days.

📌 Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
