At DACCI, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read through our return policy to understand the process.


Return Policy
You can return an item ONLY if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns for other reasons, such as buyer’s remorse or preference changes, are not accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customers must provide photo evidence of the issue before approval.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

 - Buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size, doesn’t like the product).
 - Used, worn, or washed items.
 - Lingerie, swimwear, and personalized/customized products (hygiene reasons).
 - Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
 - Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
 - Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
How to Return an Item

  1.  Contact our support team at support@dacci.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2.  Provide photos/videos as clear evidence of the defect or damage.
  3.  Wait for approval from our team. You will receive return instructions if approved.
  4.  Ship the item back within 7 days using a trackable shipping service.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Refunds

 - Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
 - Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 - If an item does not meet return conditions, the refund will be denied and the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).

Order Cancellations & Modifications
All orders are final once placed. If your order has not been processed yet, contact us within 12 hours for a possible cancellation.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for missing package claims.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be banned from future purchases. If a chargeback is filed before contacting support, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of shipment and delivery.
