No Returns or Exchanges

At the moment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Compensation for Lost or Severely Damaged Items

If your product arrives severely damaged or is lost during transit, you may be eligible for compensation.

To qualify:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date if the item is lost).

- Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the damage to the product and packaging.

- Include your order number and proof of purchase in your email.

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will offer compensation — either a replacement shipment (if available) or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

Please note:

- Minor packaging dents or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function or usability are not considered “severe damage.”

- We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but claimed as missing. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for such cases.

Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. If your order has not yet been processed, you may contact us within 12 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. After that period, cancellations are no longer possible.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Customers who file false or fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from future purchases. DACCI reserves the right to provide full delivery and tracking proof in any dispute.
